2. Team and Job Details
 This service is only available in US and UK having round more than 1500+ lockers in both region.
 After the customer placing an order locker gets the information of that order and processing starts
from there.
 After the item enters the FC both locker and carrier get the manifest for that item.
 Withina two days carrier deliversthe package to the lockerand within15 minsof time after
delivery customer get the pickup code.
 Within3 days he can pickup the parcel anytime or he can extendthe pickupdurationas per
his requirement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
 If any workflow (delivery/pickup) interrupted from the middle an auto cut remedy ticket is
generated moving corresponding reservation to error and gets inserted in to our queue. After
going through the whole workflow we find out the root cause and move it out of error by taking
proper action in order to make the workflow successful.
 Likewise monitor & resolve all the Sev1/Sev2/Sev3 tickets through Remedy
 Responsible for solving internal client (like CS team and business Team) queries from various
Medias like Interchange chat channel, Mails & on telephone
 Developed some shell scripts to make support work easier.
 Involve to schedule the job using cron as per business requirement.
 Involve in preparing weekly/monthly report in excel.
 Responsible for escalating any issue to SDEs as a part of software bug.
 Involve in all hardware and network related issue of the lockers starting from installation and
decommission of the kiosk.

3. Locker is a special service offered by Amazon which allows customer for pick up their package any time
within 3 days. After customer picking up the package there is huge possibility of leaving debris inside. Or
due to any operation issue or hardware issues few of the slots read unexpected full. The main function of
this script is to identify those slots and clear them by generating carrier pick up tracking id. If hardware
issue found raise ticket (using Remedy) to the engineer to make a visit to the locker and fix it.

4. Amazon Fresh is a service offered by Amazon where customer can order any grocery product. These are
the products needs to be delivered in time without any failure or delay. Amazon logistics plays a vital
role in that.

 Responsible for handling any issue raised during FC processing or carrier issue.
 Actively escalate software issue to the SDEs without failure to make the delivery success at any
cost.
 Arrange communication among all responsible persons included in service.
