Duties and responsibilities:-
• Registering and bar-coding the new assets
 Write all information regarding the new assets (type-brand-purchasingdata-price-currency-
location)and assign an asset number
 Print barcode label
 Fixed the label on the asset
• Reporting the shortage
 Monitoring and updating of assets with building supervisors
 Make a list of all assets belong with its barcode No. and give this list to each building supervisor
 Make an inventory twice a year to check on all asset with the building supervisor
 Make a checklist to report the shortage and give it to building supervisors
• Running the annual inventory
 Prepare the list of all company building for the annual inventory on yearly basis
 Hand the list to the EGPC (Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation) auditor to check on all contents
1) Fleet Operations
Duties and responsibilities:-
 Develop and generate reports to monitor driver performance. Through fleet management software
 Control monthly kilometers readings for all vehicles
 Log all maintenance vehicles for all company vehicles and control all up dates as per kilometers
readings.
 Coordination with dispatcher & maintenance supervisor for all vehicles maintenance delivery
