background in process/utilities operation with hands on experience in the operation of compressors,

Process (DCS/Field) Operator at Air Separation Plant (shift-basis) 1/2009-present
Description: AZE was established in 1976 as a basis for Heavy Military Industries. AZE, today, owns
3 factories. The first one for providing various types of Artillery and Tank Guns. The second one
produces, mainly, Special Steels. The third is the Hot and Cold Rolling Mill which provides Sheets and
Plates, of Alloy Steels. The third factory has an Air Separation plant (Air Cryo Inc., USA) with a
production capacity of 30 TPD Oxygen, 2 TPD Nitrogen and 1 TPD Argon.
Responsibilities:
 Operating Air Separation Plant equipment via DCS (ABB).
 Monitoring plant's operating conditions and applying necessary adjustments either through control
system or via acquiring plant site information from field operators to ensure safe & efficient process
operation, and report any abnormalities to the Shift Supervisor.
 Following all operating, safety and quality procedures to ensure the highest standards of
operation.
 Ensuring that Preventive Maintenance activities is carried out according to predefined schedule.
 Operating and monitoring chemical dosing system.
 Monitoring and controlling water quality and chemical treatment.
 Implementing the work Scaling / fouling and Corrosion Tests.
