Our market is the sexually active population

The majority of the patients positively detected didn’t
consider themself in the population-at-risk.
Ex: 40yo / Heterosexuals / Couples / With kids…
3. Opportunities
Our services are sold to institutions :
The test is cheaper than the blood transplantation
The psychological barriers to do the test are reduced
Our services are sold to the users :
Because institutions can’t reach the elder part of the
population, they can buy a package in pharmacies
4. Competition
Our only competition is the former method of STD tests but our
clients (institutions) will slowly reduce the use of the former method
to the benefits of ours because:
Our test is cheaper for the former blood test.
The population will be more aware thanks to our omnipresence in
pharmacies, drugstores & healthcare centres.
An healthier population is more productive and induce low
healthcare costs.
