Todd found the monthly inventory summary and Amber's support helpful for accelerating his knowledge. Jeff complimented Amber's July inventory summary report, noting it showed a grasp of their operations and procedures. He encouraged Amber to provide feedback if any procedures did not make sense. Todd agreed the summary was a useful tool and to let them know if anything else was needed.

I am finding this very helpful. Amber has been very supportive with my questions with both the summary and
month WIP inventory report. Compiling the monthly inventory numbers for SRI the past two months has been a
challenge but a great opportunity to accelerate my knowledge with all our commodities.

This is an excellent report. It really shows a grasp of what we are doing and why we are doing it. Your comment
re Front st makes sense-(re an add one month and a subtract the next). It sounds like it is easier to live with
this than to try to change the other procedures re making sure we know what we have. If you ever see something
where you think our procedures do NOT make sense, PLEASE be sure to let us know. I think you will, but I just
want to reinforce that. There is always room for improvement. Thanks again
