Job Description:
Calibration of all types of transmitters like Flow, Pressure, Level and Temperature
Maintenance of Control Valves, (changing gland packing, seat and plug inspection, passing test with test
bench, upgrading the valves.)
Planning S/D jobs, Manpower requirement material planning and carrying out S/D jobs.
By passing the signals safely while Calibrating Critical transmitters without disturbing the process.
Generating Preventive Maintenance Schedules for Instruments depends on its application in the process
considering its criticality.
WORKSHOP MAINTENANCE:
Servicing & rebuilding of control valves, shut down valve, safety valves, alignment of controllers, servicing
and calibration of different types of transmitters, pilots and solenoid valves etc. In hand, experience in
the rectification of faults of wellhead remote panels.
SKILLS
Able to work independently on various Instrumentation and Analyzers related activities, Calibration,
Installation, Loop checking, Modification, Troubleshooting.
Good experience of Pre‐commissioning, Commissioning & Maintenance.
Able to use various calibration standards.
Able to read and understand Instrument Loop diagram, Logic diagram, P&ID drawing, Process flow
diagrams.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as team member.
Working knowledge on PLC and DCS.
Familiar with safety system / Permit to work system.
QA/QC KNOWLEDGE
Preparation of Method Statements and Inspection Test Plans (ITP’s)
Preparation of calibration test reports, loop test reports, cable test reports, Impulse and Airline test
reports. etc.
Making of punch list in erection activities and organized to kill the punch list.
Making as built drawing and handed over to main contractor.
