I am an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant seeking to become a temporary Dental Assistant and eventually a
Dental Hygienist. I am currently attending Missouri College, and will be graduating in March 2016. I am looking for
an office where my skills and knowledge of dentistry can be utilized. I am confident that I will be able to help make

hygiene.
 I provide Dr. White and his patients with exceptional and precisely designed crowns start to finish, using
the E4D design technology system,this includes not only single unit crowns but bridge and veneer cases as
well.
 This involves 1) pouring up accurate impressions and preparing them to be scanned 2) scanning in
meticulous detail in order to obtain seamless margins 3) designing the crowns and checking for precise
occlusion, contacts,margins, and anatomy 4) sending the finished design to the milling machine and
making sure the mill is cleaned and in perfect working order 5) add final adjustments to the anatomy of
each crown 6) stain and glaze the crowns to add character and insure the crown will look and feel natural
to each individual patient
 I am in charge of creating customtemporaries for patients with multiple missing and crooked teeth to
provide them with an esthetically appealing smile while they are awaiting their permanent crowns to be
finished.
