graduate programme in forensic
dentistry in the country yet, although
the 16-year-old Indian Association

entrance and then you get shortlisted.
• UPSC exams- very good opportunity but the chance
comes in only once or twice in about 5 years. It includes
the railways, health ministry jobs etc
• PSC exams- most of the state PSC exams require

17. Licensing in UAE is of 4 types:
1. Granted by Dubai Government (DHA): This license is granted after the applicant
successfully qualifies the exam and entitles the holder to practice Dentistry only in
Dubai
2. Granted by the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD): This entitles the holder
to practice in the cities of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain
3. Qualifying the Abu Dhabi Ministry Exam (MOH): This entitles the holder to
practice anywhere in UAE with the exception of Emirates of Dubai and Abu Dhabi
4. Granted by the Harvard International: This license is issued for the Dubai
Health Care City and entitles the holder to set up a practice strictly within the
DHCC free zone area
