Brief Description of Proposed Expansion
Surf City Christian has worked on this expansion proposal for more than 4 years with the
City of Huntington Beach. The proposed expansion will result in new jobs, beautify the
surrounding community, and offer a quality service of preschool and childcare for HB
residents. We will implement a staggered drop-off and pick-up policy and a staffed drop-off
line, to prevent any traffic congestion. Our new parking lot will be ample and sufficient
parking for all of our preschool families. This expansion will take traffic off of Graham Place.
