оцінювання результатів навчання, здобутих на основі
повної загальної середньої освіти.

4. 2. Керівникам департаментів , управлінь освіти і науки обласних,
Київської міської державних адміністрацій, вищих навчальних
закладів:
сприяти Українському та регіональним центрам оцінювання
якості освіти в підготовці та проведенні зовнішнього
незалежного оцінювання;
створити умови для роботи пунктів реєстрації, пунктів
проведення зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання та пунктів
перевірки;
Забезпечити в повному обсязі залучення педагогічних, наукових,
науково-педагогічних працівників та інших фахівців для роботи у
тимчасових пунктах, утворених з метою підготовки та
проведення зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання, згідно із
замовленнями, що формуються регіональним центрам
оцінювання якості освіти.

сесії зовнішнього
незалежного оцінювання
46. Рішення про надання можливості особі пройти зовнішнє незалежне
оцінювання з певного(их) предмета(ів) під час додаткової сесії
приймається регламентними комісіями при регіональних центрах
оцінювання якості освіти або апеляційною комісією при Українському
центрі оцінювання якості освіти.
Подання документів для участі в додатковій сесії в межах часу,
відведеного на реєстрацію (перереєстрацію), здійснюється особами,
які:
1) не можуть пройти зовнішнє незалежне оцінювання під час основної
сесії у зв’язку з участю в міжнародних, всеукраїнських заходах
(змаганнях, конкурсах, олімпіадах тощо);
2) у рік проведення зовнішнього оцінювання навчаються за кордоном
та не можуть взяти участь в основній сесії зовнішнього оцінювання з
окремого(их) навчального(их) предмета(ів);
3) за релігійними переконаннями не можуть взяти участь у
зовнішньому оцінюванні з окремого(их) навчального(их) предмета(ів),

47. Вищезазначені особи разом із реєстраційними документами мають
надіслати до відповідного регіонального центру оцінювання якості
освіти заяву щодо надання можливості пройти зовнішнє оцінювання з
певного(их) предмета(ів) під час додаткової сесії та один із документів,
що підтверджує причину, яка унеможливлює участь в основній сесії:
•копію наказу або іншого розпорядчого документа про участь у
міжнародних, всеукраїнських заходах, що включені до офіційних заходів
Міністерства освіти і науки України, Міністерства культури України,
Міністерства молоді та спорту України, де зазначено прізвище, ім’я, по
батькові особи та період проведення відповідного заходу, - особи,
зазначені в підпункті 1 пункту 5 цих Умов;
•довідку, що підтверджує факт навчання за кордоном, - особи,
зазначені в підпункті 2 пункту 5 цих Умов;
•клопотання релігійного управління (центру), що діє згідно із
законодавством України про свободу совісті та релігійні організації, -
особи, зазначені в підпункті 3 пункту 5 цих Умов.

48. У межах часу, відведеного для додаткового періоду реєстрації,
здійснюється подання документів особами, які не мали можливості
зареєструватися для участі в зовнішньому оцінюванні в основний
період через те, що:
•брали участь в антитерористичній операції;
•проживають на тимчасово окупованій території (Автономна
Республіка Крим, м. Севастополь) або в населеному пункті,
зазначеному в переліку населених пунктів, на території яких органи
державної влади тимчасово не здійснюють свої повноваження, або в
переліку населених пунктів, що розташовані на лінії зіткнення,
затверджених розпорядженням Кабінету Міністрів Украйни від 07
листопада 2014 р. № 1085-р, або переселилися з них.

49. Такі особи разом із реєстраційними документами мають надіслати до
відповідного регіонального центру заяву щодо надання можливості
пройти зовнішнє оцінювання з певного(их) предмета(ів) під час
додаткової сесії та один із документів:
•копію посвідчення учасника бойових дій або довідки про
безпосередню участь особи в анти терористичній операції, забезпеченні
її проведення і захисті незалежності, суверенітету та територіальної
цілісності України;
•копію паспорта громадянина України особи, яка реєструється (або
одного з батьків (опікунів), що має містити копії сторінок, де вказано
відомості про реєстрацію місця проживання, - особи, зазначені в
підпункті 2 пункту 6 цих Умов.

50. Інформація про прийняте регламентною або
апеляційною комісією рішення щодо участі особи в
додатковій сесії (як правило, витяг із протоколу)
надсилається заявнику не пізніше ніж через три робочих
дні після прийняття такого рішення, а також
розміщується на інформаційній сторінці учасника
зовнішнього оцінювання (для осіб, які подають
документи під час проведення основної сесії зовнішнього
оцінювання).

Under Gradient stops, click Add gradient stop or Remove gradient stop until two stops appear on the slider, then customize the gradient stops as follows:
Select the first stop on the slider, and then do the following:
In the Position box, enter 33%.
Click the button next to Color, and then under Theme Colors click White, Background 1 (first row, the first option from the left).
Select the last stop on the slider, and then do the following:
In the Position box, enter 100%.
Click the button next to Color, and then under Theme Colors click White, Background 1, Darker 15% (third row, first option from the left).

To reproduce the SmartArt effects on this slide, do the following:
On the Home tab, in the Slides group, click Layout, and then click Blank.
On the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click SmartArt. In the Choose a SmartArt Graphic dialog box, in the left pane, click List. In the List pane, click Vertical Block List (sixth row, first option from the left), and then click OK to insert the graphic into the slide.
Select the graphic, and then click one of the arrows on the left border. In the Type your text here dialog box, enter text for each of the rectangles.
Press and hold CTRL, and select each of the second-level rectangles on the slide. Drag the left sizing handle of one of the second-level rectangles to the left 0.5” to increase the width of the second-level rectangles.Note: The first-level rectangles (rounded rectangles) will decrease in width at the same time.
Select the SmartArt graphic. Under SmartArt Tools, on the Design tab, in the SmartArt Styles group, click the More arrow at the SmartArt Styles gallery, and under Best Match for Document select Intense Effect (fifth option from the left).
Press and hold CTRL, and then select each of the first-level rectangles (rounded rectangles) in the SmartArt graphic.
Under SmartArt Tools, on the Format tab, in the WordArt Styles group, click the arrow to the right of Text Fill, and under Theme Colors select White, Background 1, Darker 25%. (fourth row, first option from the left).
Under SmartArt Tools, on the Format tab, in the Shape Styles group, click the arrow to the right of Shape Fill and under Theme Colors select White, Background 1 (first row, first option from the left).
Select the top, second-level rectangle in the SmartArt graphic.
Under SmartArt Tools, on the Format tab, in the Shape Styles group, click the arrow to the right of Shape Fill and under Theme Colors select Olive Green, Accent 3. (first row, seventh option from the left).
Select the center, second-level rectangle in the SmartArt graphic.
Under SmartArt Tools, on the Format tab, in the Shape Styles group, click the arrow to the right of Shape Fill and under Theme Colors select Olive Green, Accent 3, Lighter 40% (fourth row, seventh option from the left).
Select bottom, second-level rectangle in the SmartArt graphic.
Under SmartArt Tools, on the Format tab, in the Shape Styles group, click the arrow to the right of Shape Fill and under Theme Colors select Olive Green, Accent 3, Lighter 60% (third row, seventh option from the left).

To reproduce the animation effects on this slide, do the following:
On the Animation tab, in the Animation group, click Animation Pane.
Select the SmartArt graphic, and then on the Animations tab, in the Animation group, click the More arrow at the Effects Gallery and click More Effects. In the Change Entrance Effect dialog box, under Exciting select Curve Up, and click OK.
In the Animation group, click Effect Options, and under Sequence, click One by One.
In the Timing group, do the following:
On the Timing tab, in the Start list, select After Previous.
On the Timing tab, in the Duration list, select 01.00.
In the Animation Pane, click the double arrow under the curve up entrance effect (first effect) to expand the list of effects.
Press and hold CTRL, and select the second, fourth, and sixth effects (curve up entrance effects). On the Animations tab, in the Animation group, click the More arrow at the Effects Gallery and click More Entrance Effects. In the Change Entrance Effect dialog box, under Basic, select Peek In, and click OK.
In the Animation group, click Effect Options, and under Direction, click From Top.
In the Timing group, do the following:
