Alex is eager to learn and utilizes the resources available to him to research on own, other
technicians, and internet. He takes on challenges as an opportunity to learn and is a quick learner. He
does work on the help desk, which is generally not expected of an intern. The area of opportunities I see
are follow up, prioritizing and double-checking work.
