9. Whilst OFFISQUARE spaces enjoy totally flexible configurations dependant on
individual User requirements, some physical features draw on the common
identity of OFFISQUARE to provide familiarity and a sense of belonging :
o Square tables for their regularity of form, and efficiency in the use of space
o Hypoallergenic carpet tiles, with random pattern to improve sound
comfort and ease of maintenance
o White walls and minimalistic décor, to maximize light and the feeling of
freshness
o Touch Connected VideoWall, for sharing presentations and video

11. Privacy is important to OFFISQUARE users. To achieve this all spaces have
either solid or frosted internal doors and windows, acoustic panels and
soundproofing materials.
Also of importance is security, especially for personal effects. OFFISQUARE
spaces provide secure lockers with Smartphone controlled padlocks.
These can be used to store valuables (laptops, company documents etc.) and
are particularly useful for returning visitors that require somewhere safe to
keep items overnight.

13. In order to provide complete connectivity all OFFISQUARE spaces have WiFi
enabled hotspots.
Large LED screens are also provided, to make telling compelling stories with
impressive presentations easy.
With built in cameras they are also ideal for video-conference calling, for
meetings, interviews etc.
Using the latest Touchjet TM technology the screens are fully interactive, and
can be used just like a tablet.

15. The “Serviced Office” model has been established for several decades, but in
recent years it has developed into a new type of On-Demand product.
Advancements in technology (as well as the prevailing economic climate) has
given a strong impetus to the need for flexible work spaces at a competitive
cost - and without the need for investment or lengthy contracts.
Leveraging the proprietary IOT technology OFFISQUARE can manage several
medium sized (i.e. sub-500sqm) locations rather than big manned "Regus like"
locations.
Additionally the latest trends in ways of working have abandoned the concept
of a fixed physical space to better adapt to the fluidity of modern commercial
enterprises and user demand i.e. a smarter way to work.
These converging developments of connectivity and collaborative models
make it possible to decentralize activity, bringing the workforce closer to
their markets.

17. OFFISQUARE differs to franchised service providers (that often require
exclusive buildings with large areas to lease on restrictive contracts) in that
our model can co-habit in smaller areas, with greater flexibility.
In addition, OFFISQUARE sets itself apart from web-only network platforms
(that promote informal ‘ad-hoc event’ spaces for example) by having a
recognisable location, with consistent standards of quality.
OFFISQUARE therefore sits in between these two established models -
drawing on their respective benefits but then adding a Unique Selling Point
(USP) to introduce a smarter way to work.

19. Following significant R&D OFFISQUARE was founded in 2014 and after a
period of investment in our technology and infrastructure opened the first
OFFISQUARE in June 2015.
Today, inside less than 12 months, OFFISQUARE offers On-Demand space in
