10.00 – 16.00: excursion ‘like in a movie’ to unveiled places in Acitrezza and Catania
Guests will arrive to the picturesque fishing village of Acitrezza and have the chance to stop in a
charming boatyard where the Rodolico family, the last master boat builders in the area, have been
crafting wooden fishing vessels since 1908. As lunchtime approaches, guests will reach Catania and enjoy
a tour to its historical fish market with its folkloristic characters and fishermen, strolling through the
historical centre and noting the baroque aristocratic houses around, until a door opens and guests will
be invited in for a private lunch, joining Rosalba Cutore and her family in their sumptuous palace.
