LUXURY RETAIL: Authorized to work with the World’s Luxury Brand (Beauty / Watch /
Jewelry / Leather) Mr. Alberto Brito provided specialized design coordination,
construction implementation, and budgetary consultation to over (75) Luxury Retail
Brands, around the World. As the direct contact with Luxury Brands MP&D and SP&D,
Mr. Alberto Brito involvement was no less from Concept to Client Opening Day; with
attention to the smallest details.
CRUISE SHIPINDUSTRY: While commissioned by with Royal Caribbean International and
Celebrity Cruise Lines, Mr. Alberto Brito managed Top Revenue Cruise Ships Renovation
Projects. In this capacity Mr. Alberto Brito prepared analysis which strengthens the
accurate implementation of (CAR & CIP) Construction Projects onto the Fleet. Mr.
Alberto Brito’s analysis of special code requirements, review of Industry Life Safety
Codes, and appropriate material selection (FF&E); implementing of project priorities
timelines and accurate design budgets, effectively.
AIRPORTFACILITIES: As a member of The Cogan Team – North Terminal Development of
Miami International Airport, Mr. Alberto Brito developed the programming, planning
and coordination of United State the Home Land Security Departments. These
regulations were then registered to specific set standards for all United States of
America Federal Agencies. These allocated areas were implemented onto the to the
American Airline’s (47) Gate complex - American Airlines / North Terminal Development
Master Plan Project, and is now an industry standard.
HEALTH CARE: Working for the client; BAPTISTHEALTH SYSTEM, Mr. Alberto Brito provided
specialized design programming planning services for South Miami, & Baptist Kendall
Hospital. Mr. Alberto Brito conducted and prepared evaluation analysis on Life Safety
Systems and Code Compliances (JCAHO, AHCA, and ADA). As the direct liaison, Mr.
Alberto Brito coordinated set construction phasing for various renovation projects,
steering clear of interruptions for said, 24-hours running facility.
