Duties include project management, contract administration, and coordination of
the PATH Railcar and Signal Replacement Program with a total project cost of
$1.4 billion.
• Administrate multiple contracts to ensure contract compliance with contract
terms. Tracking insurance requirements, MWBE and local content goals,
monitor contract budget, and manage change orders
• Develop and coordinate contract documents for bid, coordinate selection
committee for bid review, and develop memos for selection recommendation
• Coordinate with other departments such as Procurement and Law on contract
documents
• Prepare Board Items, Memorandum of Justifications, and Memorandum of
Agreements for review and final approval
• Manage consultant staff
• Review and recommend approval of all project invoicing for both contractors
and consultants working on the program
• Prepare and monitor budgets for Railcar and Signal Replacement Program
and assisted with CPMD annual budget
• Manage and prepare specific requests from Assistant Director, Capital
Project Management for both Department and agency-wide review and
approval
• Participate in the PA Emergency Management Command and Winter Storm
Operations as a PATH representative
