Singular Packaging Technology offers a lightweight yet structurally strong foam box board called ECT 35 for packaging solutions. Made from FDA approved liquid paper and styrene sheets, ECT 35 is water proof, vapor resistant, insulated, and lighter than traditional corrugated options. It also provides shock protection for shipping. ArmorPack can custom manufacture boxes from this material in any size or design to reduce damage, labor costs, and inventory. Crush tests found the 1/4" thick ECT 35 foam box board withstood over 965 pounds of force, outperforming both single-wall and double-wall corrugated boxes.
