Monetary Exchange Tax
To further promote global sustainability and to generate growth for the global economy & to end poverty, we as a
society of humans must cooperate to procure progress and human living standards.
To ensure this scope of agenda is secured and guaranteed , we as a society must work to integrate the global
financial industry
Thus forth with to establish a Currency and Financial Transaction Tax for all materials and products and services, we
as a global society of financial & marketing associates must prepare an NGO or intergovernmental organization of
which will be able to transverse national and state boundaries.
Therefore to effectively prepare this organization, we as associates must establish a multilateral development bank or
apply existing MDBs into a conglomerate Public-Private Investor Enterprise Organization that will serve as a mediator
for governments, banks, merchants, and service providers.
To accomplish and implement this agenda, existing MDBs and State governments must enforce a transaction tax on
all exchanges, both at cashier terminals and online and in person transactions.
Therefore we as a society must promote among states international codes of regulation of which can be systemically
applied to national governments and efferentially to all peoples & in return inefferentially to a central international
distributor of which as an authority will provide and assist the flow & cycle of wealth; all for the generation of capital of
which will be used to distribute wealth, via way of capital gains collected from exchanges. Where revenue gained
from taxes by way of the PPIEO & its primary function as a mediator with the purpose of providing a secure unitary
systemic stability fund with the means to coordinate the pay down of global debts and to utilize the collection of taxes
from indebted emerging markets via the method of debt swaps, where by as an effect, general capital of a state is
able to be used to provide for development within their national state.
H8ence forth the general exchange tax will be a tool to provide & enable global and self sustained forms of official
development assistance to impoverish regions.
Thus as an effect applying a MDB with the powers of collecting systemic transaction taxes from national governments
& their constituents will enable humanity to generate sustainable growth and reach MDGs.
