This Letter is to make reference for Alain Belanger
Alain Belanger work for us at Domco Foodservices here at the Huckleberry Mine
Project for the past 2 years. Alain is an excellent Chef and awesome Baker, Alain was
running full control of our 250 man operation, Cost control, labor cost, menu
planning, food purchasing, and training of our Labor force. Alain has a very good
work ethic, and blends very well into our safety culture. In the baking Alain used
excellent products both fulfilling the obligation to gluten free products, and control of
all allergy items like nuts and dairy.
Alain Belanger was well liked and respected by our clients, and he added a special
professional attitude to our entire team, both Chef Rob, and I want to highly
recommend Chef Alain Belanger for both Chef & Baker positions in the hospitality
industry.
