I am a Fulbright and IDB Science and Technology Scholar, who has worked in the field of Program Evaluation, Research and Capacity Building for the last 10 years in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Rwanda, South Sudan and Madagascar. (1) Program Evaluation: I have performed Process and Outcome/Impact Evaluation of projects/programs in health, livelihood and agriculture sectors. (2) Research: I have designed and implemented randomized and non-randomized community based trails in health sector. (3) Capacity Building: I have designed and developed pre-service and in-service training curricula. I have also trained participants from health, education and agriculture sectors.
