2. YIELD RATIO:-
Is a metrics that indicates the percentage of the
candidate who succeed in passing from one
recruitment stage to the next to determine how
many candidates get hired from the total number
of candidates but, we can use this metric at every
stage of the hiring process
Formula of yield Ratio:-
Number of candidates results from the
stage/number of candidates that passed through
the stage = Yield Ratio
3. GRIEVANCE:-
It’s a formal complaint raised by an employee against a fellow employee/
manager or even against the employer. Employees usually file grievance
for workplace harassment, discrimination, nepotism concerns regarding
team management or regarding terms of the employment
8. SETTLEMENT OF GRIEVANCE
Step 1:- The aggrieved employee Explains his problem verbally to his
immediate supervisor
Step 2:- The second step is sent to a higher level manager with a note in
which are mentioned the time, place and nature of the action to which the
employee objectivs. The higher level manager goes into the grievance and
gives his decision on the matter.
Step 3:- In this stage the grievance is to be submitted to the grievance
committee and the decision of the supervisor and of the higher level
manager have not solved the problem. A combination of union and
management representative consider the record and may suggest a
possible solution. It may call up on the grievent to accept the employer’s
proposed settlement.
9. Step 4:- The decision or suggestions of the grievance committee is not
accepted by the grievent he may approach the management.
Step 5:- The final step is taken when the grievance is referred to an
arbitrator who is acceptable to the employee as well as the management.
They may agree beforehand that the arbitrator award will be final and
binding on the both parties.
