To be completely honest, I didn’t even know that media kits existed until
2007 when a print magazine hired me to create theirs. I built that first
media kit from scratch and the second it hit my portfolio, bloggers started
asking for their own versions. Since then, I’ve done dozens of media kits for
clients including accessory designers, burlesque performers, wedding
