EVENT DÉCOR PROPOSAL
2. We will assist with the overall cleaning and
deodorization of hall and toilets.
We will also assist with getting toliet
attendents in bathrooms to make sure they are
clean at all times
Lastly we will make the toilet a little homely
and provide bathroom basket that includes
items such as hand sanitizer, lotion, chewing
gums, safty pins combs, and sanitary pads.
VENUE/BATHROOM HOSPITALITY SERVICE
3. We will create a welcome
expereince at the entrance
where guest are greeted by
dancers or a band. Dancers
will be uniformed to match
the theme of the event classy
and chic but also traditional
to capture the SL cultural
experience.
ENTRANCE AND WELCOME AREA OUTSIDE
4. To welcome your guest
inside the venue, we will
cover the staircase leading
into the main event hall with
lights and natural flowers
and greenery.

5. We will provide a Red carpet
photo booth at guests
immediate right (backdrop,
professional photographers,
gold n red barriers, and
paparazzi style
photography).

6. At the Left flank of hall we
will have a cocktail area with
high cocktail tables and
lampions hanging from the
ceiling. We will also creat a
seating area where some of
the guest can sit and relax
before being welcomed to
the main event space.

7. At the right flank of hall
leading to the main space, we
will use natural trees and
flowers mixed with lighting to
create a magical walk way with
hanging photos of your events
and activites that will add to the
ambience.

8. For the main we will do the following:
The front of the hall will have full length
draping from ceiling to floor.
The aim is to get an enclosed structure;
sort of a second ceiling with fabric and
chandelier, to ensure a ballroom
feeling/intimacy.
MAIN EVENT HALL
9. The front of the main hall with
windows will be blocked off
with hanging curtains to
separate the cocktail section
from main hall. Then we will
open to welcome them into the
hall. This will also create an
intimate and classy setting and
give a clean and crisp look to
photos.

10. We will hide the infamous
pillars of this venue by
covering them with light

11. TABLE SETTING
For the table setting we will
add a rustic mix of wooden
lanterns with candles along
with small glass vases with
flowers.
12. For the stage and floor we will
customize the background with drapes
and have accents of a natural look along
with PW232 branding for stage area,
podium, and Power Women 232
monogram logo on the dance floor.
