necessary. The more you talk the more you appear as a fool. A line that can never appeal to any
front line or support staff in the service unit of an organisation.
As a management and organizational writer I can differentiate between a bad and a good
business book once I recognised it. Through review and through reading. Instead of 48
Laws Of Power I would read the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Covey. A timeless
classic...full of principles, character ethics and change. You cannot manipulate people forever in
this modern time using tricks and cunny. If they come to find out they would never forgive you
and they would seek revenge and even hold the hurt for a definite time to come. Even Robert
Green gave a warning which he called reversal of law.
I was watching a teacher on Ted talk on the subject; The Consequence of Silence. I was moved
and inspired. He said if all he does is to put his hands in his pocket or engage his hand pressing
phones and looking down every time...there would be danger. Silence is the residual of fear. You
need to sell your own voice to impact humanity at the price of service. Consequence of silence
manifest them self into genocide, war and violence.

freedoms of being able to stay out at night, read what I pleased, and go where I choose. Later as
a young man in Johannesburg, I yearned for the basic and honorable freedoms of achieving my

a bold one, that drove a law abiding attorney to become criminal, that turned a family loving
husband into a man without a home....I am no more virtous or self sacrificing than the next man,
but I found that I could not even enjoy the poor and limited freedoms I was allowed when I knew
my people were not free.

A good leader is a good communicator. In fact I have never seen a leader that leads an
organization through silence. That organization would decay silently. Humanity would suffer
the day talkers would stop talking. Talk. Talk can lead to wealth. The greatest wealth one can
ever thought of is life of service. Serving others. Listening to them with empathy and not with
2. techniques. Helping people to find their voice while finding yours. We human need to learn to
speak up and rise to the occasion to beat down the ignorant of silent.
There is virtually nothing which I haven't discussed with my team in the area of coporate ability
and servive delivery.
Unlike the predecessors of CCRs which I have work with, these generation of team mates are
very fortunate to meet my world of talk. I talk with might. I talk to the extent that I have to look
for pectol in the pharmacy. I talk and myself would be be knocking me that Aj you talk too
much. Talking too much is an under statement. I am hire to talk from 8 to 5. Why won't I talk
when I have a team under me? I wouldn't want my team to collapse. What I have got is worth
preserving, safeguarding and leading to success. Thr achievement of my team is the achievement
of us. The failure also bounced on us.
When ever I have a new recruit in my shop I shared my way back professional experience .
Things like people management. Things like how I was silent in the midst of those who talks. I
never seen a reason why I should waste my talk when the purpose is not define. Talk is
expensive. I also like reminding any new recruit not to study people but to read them
self. Studying people is a suspicious thing and might lead to no result. You don't come to an
organization and some one tell you to watch out for John, this is his character. His character
might turn to be the other side of the coin. You manage people. You deal with paper.
In the earlier time of our team engineering we help our selves with materials on Emotional
Intelligence. If we know all the job description of what we do here and we lack the job
specification in carrying out the duties, , something is wrong. Emotional Intelligence is far
important than IQ. We have re-trained our self on leadership, delegation, Customer service,
organizational culture, system analysis, human relations, team work, trends in technology,
emerging trends in mobile devices and the remarkable topic which freak me is selling. We talk
extensively on selling and it has yielded us a good result.
We are involved in this self development for us to be good at the business we being employed
for and the end result is for customer satisfaction.
I have seen admirer of this team from other shops. Hey, aj you guys are organized in your shops.
I like the cooperation among your team members. That's a compliment. My admirer need to
know that transformation in my shop did not just happened over night. The transformation is
still ongoing. Every shop has its own issue. We hope to achieve ours through obedience and
being a good organizational citizen. It is worth noting that a working place is a working place.
An ours is a friendship center where customers comes first.
Dear readers I urge us to deliver service excellence in the course of our duties.

3. Let us take our break with discretion. Your discretion and your manager discretion.
We should note that work start by 8:00am and not 8:30am.
We shouldn't abandon customer for colleagues at the end of business. Please work close 5pm and
all hands must be on desk.
We should put on our name tags always.
The use of mobile phones in the front line is not allowed.
We should always read and update our mail.
We should always put on our service line. It is a tool for trade and not for personal use.
We should follow SIM Swap rules and procedures.
We should take responsibility of the QMS and other materials. It is ours and not they.
My team members query or warning letter is not good for an adult. Coaching and adherence is
better for all of us.
Let us talk and deliver happiness to my customer.
This team will succeed.
