2.  Job Description:
 Posting of journal entries and performing accounting corrections to
ensure accurate records.
 Analyzing and examining of all account records related to banks.
 Preparing reconcilation statement for all banks on weakly as well as daily
basis.
 Monitoring daily cash balances and determine cash requirements needed
to cover obligations , dues and payments.
 Preparing monthly cash flow report related to banks.
 Managing Trade Finance Transactions (LGs, LCs, IDCs, Operational
Lease and Transfer Funds .
 Determine the available banks needed to cover the checks drawn on the
company.
 Assisting the treasury section head in analayzing financial statements
(income, cash flow, balance sheet and retained earnings statements) on
monthly as well as quarterly basis.
 Preparing the required documents from the banks in order to stamp and

invoice - bill of lading -) and clear the goods in the port by the
