● Used ArcGIS to find the Optimum route selection for the pipeline.
● Calculated the pipeline size, pressure, temperature and velocity profiles for the pipeline.
● Calculated the number of the compressor stations and select suitable location for installing them.
● Designed stress analysis using (autopipe, caesser and matlab) and calculated a thickness for the whole pipeline.
● Designed a cathodic protection system for the pipeline.
● Selected the compressors and prime-over.
● Dynamic simulation of the pipeline.

Air Defense Workshop for rockets - Egyptian Army Cairo
● Planned, scheduled and coordinated detailed phases of maintenance and repair activity of the gas turbine engine.
● Performed maintenance in mechanical and control units of the gas turbine engine.
● Analyzed mechanical and electrical failures and evaluated maintenance problems and resolved them.
● Giving day to day technical support for breakdown diagnostics & repair, including risk and failure analysis.
● Planned annual maintenance and emergency shutdown and prepared capital budget for annual maintenance.
● Making the request for the spare parts needed for the gas turbine engines.
● Coordinated with vendors and arranged necessary supplies.
● Built a data base for all deployed gas turbine engines in Egyptian Army.
