2. • Here I show some examples of actual dashboards created by me as well as
some additional skills on data visualization and Visual Basic for
Applications
• All dashboards are currently in use, the updating depends on the
database source or database connection and is done from a weekly to a
quarterly basis. All of them have customizable options which can be
changed by the user and/or the owner
• Most of the reports are exportable to Outlook (as HTML mail message),
Power Point and PDF, via Visual Basic for Applications
• Products and employees information are covered for confidentiality and
all values are tweaked for the same reason

Progress bars using forms
Automated Incentives Calculation
• As an example of using Visual
Basic for Applications, I
developed an automated system
for calculating the sales force
incentives which were previously
outsourced
• The company re-gained flexibility
besides saving time and money
• The system analyses the
scenarios for each employee and
asks the user for confirmation
• Once confirmed, the calculation
is done in seconds
• Bellow are examples of progress
bars using VBA forms to alter the

RibbonX on Excel 2007
• Another example using Visual
Basic for Application is this
small but powerful cross
functional management system
(via Excel Add-In created by
me), developed for
automatically distributing the
requirements of service to the
less busy assistant from the
external pool of secretaries
• The system was develop under
requirement of the Human

HTML tagging tool in Word 2007
• Visual Basic for Applications is
not restricted to Excel.
• In this example, I’ve created a
tool for including HTML Tags
into any Word text.
• The user selects the desired
piece of text and chooses the
apropriate kind of tag with or
without optional parameters
• This project was praised by the
BMS european IT Studio (BMS

the tool to all european
countries for helping on the
