pre-need company founded by the
late Ambassador Antonio L.
Cabangon Chua on March 4, 1981.
Initially, it offered the life plan to
complement the memorial lot
business of its sister company, Eternal
Gardens Memorial Park Corporation.

1. Memorial Service Benefit equal to
the Life Plan Value plus increment, if any.
Memorial Service Benefits may be availed
as traditional memorial service, cremation
service, or a combination of the
traditional and cremation memorial
services.
3. Cash Assistance – equivalent to 20%
of the Life Plan shall be given to the
beneficiary upon the death of the plan
holder.
2. Increment: The Life Plan Value
increases by 5% starting on the 6th
anniversary of the plan up to 100%
of the Life Plan Value.
4. The unpaid balance or installments
shall be waived and considered paid
upon the death or disability of the
plan holder.
5. Memorial Service Benefit may be
assigned for use of any immediate
family members, i.e. parent, siblings,
spouse, or child.
6. The plan is transferable. It can be
sold or donated to another living
person.
7. Un-rendered Service Benefit. If the memorial
service is not availed upon the death of the plan
holder, seventy percent (70%) of the memorial
service benefit (Life Plan Value plus increment, if
any) shall be converted to cash and released
to the beneficiary.

❑ Phase 1 – First call

❑ Phase 2 – Pick up of the body from the place of death.
The plan benefit covers a 25 km radius from the place of death to the viewing site.
❑ Phase 3 – Preparation, Cosmetics and Casketing
Embalming, restoration of disfigured body parts (if any), application of cosmetics, and
placement in the appropriate casket. The kind of casket will depend on the plan.
❑ Phase 4 – Viewing and Final Arrangements
Facilities for the wake shall be provided at home or mortuary. The number of days
will depend on the plan type chosen.
❑ Phase 5 – Trip to the interment site
Transports the deceased to the interment site. The plan benefit covers a 25 km
radius from the viewing place to the interment site.

12. Frequently asked questions
GRACE PERIOD
o Plan holders have 60 days to pay their plan installment. During this period, the plan holder enjoys all the
rights and privileges pertinent to the plan. If, however, the plan installment remains unpaid, after the end of
the grace period, the plan is considered lapsed. Still, the plan holder is given two (2) years to reinstate the
plan.
REFUND
o All plan types have "Guaranteed Cash Values", a schedule of which is printed at the back of the contract.
Should you decide to terminate the plan at any time, or decide to stop paying, you can request the cash
value of the plan at the given time.
