  2. 2. About the researchThis report explores the use of social media The majority of survey respondents werein the defence industry. It is primarily from the commercial sector, accounting forfocused on the commercial sector, 68% of total responses (Figure 1). Thisconsidering what benefits, if any, social includes representatives from governmentmedia offers to defence contractors and organisations and prime contractors, 2nd andorganisations.
