of “autentic mezcal”.

the Chinicuil is added into
mezcal.
Mezcal with a worm is the most
representative out of the “Mezcal
abocado” category. In 2011, 70%
of the bottled mezcal was “abocado”
but only 8% in 2016; showing an
increasing demand for “authentic
mezcal”.
