2. Preventive nutrition for good health
Preventive Nutrition IS
The primary objective of preventive nutrition is to help people live a long
and healthy life—that is, to die in good health (or at least in the best
possible health)—through nutrition.
Health nutrition refers to the adjustment of dietary nutrition conditions,
enhance the body's resistance to environmentally harmful substances, or
strengthen its detoxification function, or improve the body's ability to
adapt to adverse conditions in the living and working environment, and
protect human health. Also known as preventive nutrition.
Preventive nutrition is concerned with a high level of personal well-
being, disease prevention, and recognition of recurring health problems or
symptoms of discomfortwhich are often precursors to medical problems.
By analyzing your bloodwork, a three-day food diary,
and our exclusive questionnaire, (we discover through diet, nutrient)
and lifestyle modification what is required for you to achieve optimal
health.
Many people find that small changes in life-style can greatly increase
their general sense of well-being, contribute to higher levels of energy
and vitality, decrease mood swings, and increase resistance to illness and
infection. Often, recurring health problems can be alleviated or abetted
through changes in diet, exercise levels, stress management skills, and
nutritional supplementation.
current scientific research clearly documents the need for dietary change
to reduce the risk of developing degenerative diseases including heart
disease, cancer, arthritis, obesity, and diabetes. Fortunately, the
recommendations for those varied medical problems are similar.
First, your genetic variation plays a vital role in addressing these
problems. Second, eating a large variety of fresh, natural foods with
emphasis on bioavailable protein, compatible carbohydrates, and
healthy fats while reducing harmful food additives, refined sugar,
heavily processedfoods, and empty calories, will also address these
problems.
Controlling dietary habits within a particular feeding system may help to
prevent many health problems and many diseases, especially chronic
3. diseases such as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes and gout, which are
especially important for people who have a genetic predisposition to such
diseases. In the event of the disease, healthy nutrition plays a key role in
alleviating some of its symptoms as it stands side by side with appropriate
treatment. Food may play a therapeutic role in certain problems and
diseases such as anemia, gastrointestinal problems, bowel, colon and food
allergies.
