A very top level look at how we engage with our audience Why are the Sisters of Mercy maintaining a presence in these different web spaces?We want to give people a chance to find us. Our target audiences prefer to find and receive information in different ways so we are making ourselves available and engaging in those places. Information seeking individuals are those who may have heard about the Sisters of Mercy and are curious to know more, or individuals who have a certain need, like wanting to become a sister, and are starting their search.Passive listeners are the next step up from information seeking individuals. These are individuals who have heard of the sisters of mercy, are interested in what we do, but are just “lurking”, for lack of a better terms. Individuals who are looking to engage and converse are those who have questions about becoming sisters or becoming more involved, or just simply want to connect with us.
