Amy’s Last Day
Amy’s last day in the studio is today! She’s a bit emotional today, as you
can understand, but Bobby insists things will be fine. There might be some
technical difficulties, but Amy should be on the show with everybody else
when we come back from vacation next Monday. Amy and Bobby are
really excited about the whole iChat thing. No sad faces today! You know

Vacation
The show’s last day for a week is today! Everybody’s excited about going
on vacation and getting to sleep in! Bobby’s leaving right after the show to
head to Colorado for a music festival. It’ll be crazy to be out of the studio
for week and everyone will miss all the listeners, but you have the ‘Best of

Carlos and Bobby were coming home from dinner last night and saw the
craziest thing! A woman jumped out of her car at a stoplight to yell at her
boyfriend, who was in another car...in her underwear! That’s a see-through
top and panties to be exact! Carlos says that she even jumped in front of her
boyfriend’s car to keep him from driving off and was yelling, “Just because

This story comes to us from Charleston, West Virginia where a man is dead
this morning after driving his motorcycle head long into a dumpster. The
man was attempting to do a burnout, lost control, jumped a curb and Boom!
Into the side of the dumpster and that’s all she wrote. What a bonehead?!

-National Enquirer reports 39-year old Jennifer Aniston is doing her best to
keep looking young for her 30-year old boyfriend John Mayer. She’s
reportedly spending over $20-grand on beauty treatments. A MONTH. A
friend told the Enquirer, “Jen is doing whatever it takes to hold back time -
short of plastic surgery. Jen is insecure about her legs, so she goes for anti-
cellulite spa sculpting treatments twice a month. They cost $1,000 a session,
but Jen swears that the sculpting keeps her skin supple and smooth. She calls
the treatments ‘necessary tune-ups.”

-The rumors are true: Jennifer Garner is pregnant again. “Yes, she is,”

-Apparently, if you didn’t see “The Dark Knight” in the wee hours of Friday
morning you’re in the minority. Nationwide, theaters were sold out for the
latest installment in the Batman series. Many multiplexes showed nothing
but “The Dark Knight” and added 3am and 6am showings to the scheduled
midnight run. So many screens ran the movie this morning that “The Dark

3. Knight” could easily surpass the $100-million mark this weekend. Warner
Bros. studio hopes “Dark Knight” will beat the record debut of 2007’s
“Spider-Man 3,” which brought in $151-million its opening weekend.
2006’s “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest” currently hold the #2
spot with almost $136-million.

Hollywood Skinny 7:15 & 9:15
-Despite stories that Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz have been stocking up
on blue baby accessories, Star magazine reports the couple is actually
expecting a girl – on October 31st! Also, Pete is eagerly pursuing a new
hobby: sewing. He plans to make all the baby’s clothes.
-Matt Damon packed on the pounds to play a movie character in “The
Informant” – he was required to gain 40 pounds for the part. Matt bulked up
on a diet of “a lot of In-N-Out, a lot of burgers, a lot of beer” but is now
eager to get back to his Jason Bourne look. In Touch reports Matt has to lose
the weight fast because he has to re-shoot scenes for another movie, “The
Green Zone.” “He plans on running five miles a day outdoors and on the
beach,” his pal says. “He’ll eat zero carbs, lots of tuna, chicken and almonds
— his favorite snack.”
-Denise Richards is demanding Charlie Sheen return to court to change the
couple’s custody agreement. She wants to block daughters Sam and Lola
from visiting their father because there are “serious issues” in his home that
could be “damaging” to them. Denise and Charlie will be in court on
Monday to hopefully resolve the issues. Charlie’s camp say that this is just
Denise’s way of trying to create a media circus to help her reality show.
-Katie Holmes has been conspicuously covering her hands and wearing
gloves recently. And now we know why! It appears that her hands are
discolored. Katie showed off some very dark hands - which do not match her
face - while out and about in Los Angeles on Wednesday. You can see a
picture on the front page of our website.
-They guys in Metallica are so into Guitar Hero that they’ve agreed to
launch their new album on a new version of the game! “Death Magnetic” is
set to drop in September in CD form as well game form. They are
considering releasing an all-Metallica edition of Guitar Hero next year. Also
set to join the Guitar Hero fan club is Guns N Roses, who plan to release a
track on Guitar Hero’s compilation “Rock Band II” in September.
Pool
Carlos sent Bobby an email about next summer. He wants Bobby to get a
pool! He listed all of the advantages of having a pool put into his

5. backyard...#1 on the list is the ladies in bikinis all weekend long! Carlos
even promises to be Bobby’s pool guy and clean the pool once a week!
Bobby can’t help but think of the whole boat situation now that Carlos has
asked him to put in a pool. LB hasn’t been on the boat all summer!
Andy Dick
Andy Dick was arrested earlier this week and Bobby read that he’s been in
rehab 7 times! 7 times! LB thinks he should try staying in rehab longer than
a couple of weeks! Not a bad idea!
Amy’s Surprise Dinner
Bobby planned a surprise party dinner for Amy about a week ago for last
night and Bobby got a ton of flack for not doing what Amy wanted to do
with him for dinner! She wanted to go to different restaurant than the one
Bobby decided on for her surprise party, but Bobby had already called
everyone to go to the restaurant that Amy did not want to go to! She even
double-booked the night and Amy kind of threw a little fit about the whole
thing and even called Bobby selfish! LB took a microphone to the
restaurant and got interviews from everyone who came to her party and
Bobby played them this morning. As a present Bobby gave her a giant
canvas picture for all of her friends who came to dinner to sign...very cool!
The sales girls that work for the station even gave Amy a Wii! Sweet! You

Amy’s Blog – Amy’s getting a dog! She’s been looking for the right pup
for a long time and she thinks she’s found the right one! She found a cute
and cuddly...rottweiler! She’s really smart and she’s fixed! Bonus! Her
name is Melly but, Amy will probably call her Nelly instead!
Lunchbox’s ManBlog – LB’s birthday is one week from today and he just
wants to say thanks to Alayna for having a present waiting for him this
morning when he came in this morning. She gave him new headphones
because he broke his months ago and he really appreciates the gift. He also
got a Lunchbox cake from a listener and says thank you to Listener Alma for
his cake!
Bobby’s Blog – This is not a commercial! Bobby’s got a new digital
camera and his Mac computer is completely compatible with it! He loves
his computer and recommends Macs to everybody looking to buy a new
computer!

6. Amy’s Gifts
Guess who gave Amy going away gifts? LB! He gave her a little pink bag
with a little Jesus in it that grows when you put him in water and the GPS he
promised her earlier this week! LB does have a heart!
Blue Cross
Bobby played the funniest clip! It’s a little super cute boy telling
a story about seeing a man getting kicked in the penis...his words, not mine.
You might have seen it, it’s actually a commercial for Blue Cross insurance.
Dissed
Intern Adrienne thought she might be in hot water today. She was invited to
an Intern dinner last night, but was also invited to Amy’s going-away-
dinner, too. Of course she told Bobby she’d be there, but that meant she had
to diss the other interns. All the other interns more or less understood. The
thing about it was that Bobby asked Adrienne to the dinner while Intern
Sizzle was in the studio, but Bobby didn’t ask him to go! Sizzle’s feelings
were really hurt by not being invited to the dinner because he feels like he’s
worked really hard for the show and is a really good intern and he might
have earned an invitation. Bobby tried to make the distinction between
Intern Adrienne and Intern Sizzle, explaining to Sizzle that Adrienne and
Amy are friends and have done things together outside of the show. Bobby
and LB both say that Adrienne is the #1 intern right now and she kind of has
seniority, but Intern Sizzle (John) is definitely Bobby’s #2. Bobby
apologized for hurting Sizzle’s feelings (ooooo...he was butt-hurt!), but
didn’t apologize for not inviting him. Everybody thinks that Bobby can be a
little harsh sometimes and Bobby just pointed out to everyone that there is a
definite difference between Work-Bobby and Friend-Bobby and Work-
Bobby is about getting things done. John just happened to be in the studio
when Bobby was inviting Adrienne and he had to invite her before he left
for the day. This was a super crazy segment and you should definitely get in
the podcast and listen!

A woman was burned by a flaming shot and is now suing the bar that gave
her the shot when she was underage. It was 4 years ago and she’s just now
filing suit! Apparently, the woman was burned from her chest to the top of
her head!

Bobby invited his friend/trainer Ahmad to Amy’s dinner last night and
everybody was giving Bobby a hard time for talking like Ahmad. Ahmad is
real cool and Bobby is...well...Bobby! Bobby called Ahmad’s cell phone so
that everyone could hear just how cool he really is! He’s definitely got his
G.Q. player laugh going-on at the end of the outgoing message! Nice!
Emmy’s
The Emmy Nominations were announced last night. Bobby played clips of
the announcements and realized that there is a good portion of the shows
that he has never seen, along with everyone else on the show.

A drunk man on a flight to Cuba tried to open the door to a plane he was on!
What was he thinking?! Lunch says that he would be all over the guy, doing
anything he could to keep the guy from opening the door. A skydiver
veered off-course and landed in the middle of an Army band, injuring 3
members of the band during a sky-diving exhibit! Ouch!
