copper projects in Kyrgyz Republic
• Tengri is the 100% owner of 2 high-quality gold-copper properties in the Talas Valley,
Taldybulak and Andash.
• Joined London’s AIM exchange (“TEN”) in July 2014
• 2014 development programme has presented the company with the opportunity to fast
track the development of the Taldybulak gold-copper project
• Highly experienced management team with operational experience in-country and a
strong track record of positive government and community relations
• Country offers good infrastructure, access to markets, low cost hydro power and low cost
skilled workforce
ABOUT TENGRI

3. • This presentation provides detailed technical data from the 2014 drilling programme final results.
The strength of these results have led to the company decision to fast track the development of
Taldybulak
• The Taldybulak deposit has become the focus of Tengri’s Talas Valley project development in Kyrgyz
Republic:
– Phase 1: Medium-scale open pit mining and processing of higher-grade, near-surface, gold-rich
sheeted vein domain
– Phase 2: Large scale mining and processing based on the global mineral resource

4. HIGHER GRADE SYSTEM DELINEATED
• Thirteen drillholes totalling 2,029 metres drilled in 2014 at Taldybulak
• Of the 13 drillholes, 12 intersected significant sheeted-vein style gold mineralisation
from or near the surface, including:
• 24 metres at 2.32 g/t Au, from 46 metres depth (TB0100)
• 49.5 metres at 1.77 g/t Au, from 94.5 metres depth (TB0101)
• 20.3 metres at 3.48 g/t Au, from 162.7 metres depth (TB0101)
• 68 metres at 1.32 g/t Au, from surface (TB0102)
• 39 metres at 3.11 g/t Au, from 25 metres depth (TB0103)
• 26 metres at 1.91 g/t Au, from surface (TB0109)
• 34 metres at 1.76 g/t Au, from surface (TB0110)
• 13 holes of 2014 drilling returned weighted average grade of 1.66g/t Au and 0.28% Cu
using AuEq 1g/t cut off¹. This gold grade is more than 3½ times higher than the average
grade of the existing total global SAMREC resource at Taldybulak.
• Feasibility investigation of Taldybulak Phase 1 and the conceptual study of the mining
of the total Taldybulak resource has commenced.

6. Further delineation of the higher-grade, near-surface, gold-rich sheeted vein domain within
the global resource established by Gold Fields has provided Tengri Resources with the
confidence to fast-track the development of Taldybulak :
• Drilling programme for 2015 aims to expand the Taldybulak resource and further
improve the resource classification the already identified Phase 1 area
• Establish an updated JORC compliant resource in order to optimise both the initial
Phase 1 mine development and the overall Phase 2 global development of Taldybulak
• Carry out a feasibility study on medium-scale open pit mining and processing of the
higher-grade, near-surface, gold-rich sheeted vein domain (Phase 1), that incorporates
gravity and flotation recovery of gold and copper
• Conduct a conceptual study for Phase 2 of Taldybulak to develop the overall deposit

Taldybulak Global Mineral Resource Estimate (SAMREC 2007)
A full summary of the mineral resource estimate is contained within the Company’s Admissions Document
published on 18-06-2014.
TALAS VALLEY - TALDYBULAK
Taldybulak is large gold-copper porphyry deposit containing mineral resources of 6.73
million ounces of gold and 1.67 billion pounds of copper, the average grade defined for this
resource is 0.46g/t Au and 0.17% Cu
2014 drill results undertaken by Tengri Resources show significantly higher gold grades
(average >3½ times higher) than the deposit average. This has confirmed the existence of a
near-surface and higher-grade gold-rich sheeted vein system within the Taldybulak
deposit. These encouraging results have lead the company to consider a feasibility study
for a Phase 1 open pit targeting this high grade zone.

¹ Formula defining AuEq = Gold Equivalent = gold assay + (copper assay / 0.60) where the number 0.60 represents the ratio
where 0.60 % Cu = 1.00 g/t Au. This ratio was calculated and rounded to the nearest two digit number from the average of
past 24 months, from February 2013 to January 2015 taken from published World Bank Commodity Price Data http://
