Average Daily Hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm
 All departmental marketing, branding, production, representation and distribution of posters, flyers, logos, design, cards,
forms, brochures, displays, Village Marquee displays, Social Media: facebook, youtube.
 Coordination and implementation of departmental programs and policies.
 Coordination, confirming, collecting of fees, distribution and maintaining invoices and balances, staffing for, and scheduling
of park rentals.
 Parks Supervisor: led maintenance crews, scheduled and carried out projects, priced and bid on items, created and
generated five year maintenance plan of parks
 Coordination and staff scheduling of part-time, intern, and volunteer staff.
 Interview and hiring processes for possible programs, events, classes, and employee positions.
 Bi-Weekly Payroll for all department full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees.
 Coordination and submittal of Friday Checks, Invoices, Park Rental Refunds, and Credit Card Bills
 Handling of Special event permit requests
 Beautification Committee: Creative - Design, meeting, and judging.
 Grant research and writing for applications
 Coordination of Recreational programs and special events.
o Coordinator of Friday Night Traffic Jam (middle-school dance parties)
o Parent-Child Dances
o Seasonal/Holiday Events: Polar Express, Egg Hunt, Trail of Treats.
o Fashion Shows
o National Night Out
 Creating music, sound, visual, playlists, and effects for departmental programs and events.
 Camp Director
o Coordination of activities for Camp Trailblazer & Camp Entourage
o Maintaining and updating weekly payments for all camp participant registration files.
o Set/Stage manager for Camp play
 Parks & Recreation Commission: Meeting Secretary, and Commission Liaison.
 Director’s assistant
o Attended meetings on behalf of Director,
o Decision making privileges in absence of Director
o Knowledge of confidential documents, per Director
o Hiring and firing of part time seasonal staff - training of seasonal staff
o Attended political functions with Director
