Adam Jurs is the District Manager of the Northwest Indiana and Michigan territory, a growing marketplace
spanning 27 directory titles and nearly 3200 existing small and mid-sized businesses who are advertising customers.
Adam joined the HOMEPAGES®
as an entry level sales representative and immediately distinguished himself as a
top producer, closing his first sales assignment in Munster, IN by increasing in town market share by an incredible
33% over the prior edition, and by outperforming the budgeted growth on that publication by more than 12%.
After a long series of consecutive successful sales assignments, Adam was promoted twice in his first year and a half
with American Marketing & Publishing, first into a Senior Sales role, and then to a District Manager.
Since taking over the territory in 2012, Adam has had incredible success. He and his team have grown the last
44/47 directories over budget, leading him to earn the most coveted award amongst our District Managers, the
District Manager of The Year for 2013! Adam’s territory also produced the 2013 Sales Rep of the Year and the
2013 Expansion Rep of the Year.
Prior to joining our firm, Adam spent the first five years after college in retail sales and retail management, working his way up to a six figure income
and a regional management role. “I joined the HOMEPAGES®
because although I’d been successful in retail, I didn’t want to find myself stuck at a plateau
in my career. I decided to hunt for a career that was more rewarding, challenging, and offered the opportunity to be completely self-made.” Perhaps not
surprisingly, Adam is known by his reps as a District Manager who leads with intensity and total support, as someone with a keen eye for identifying and
developing top reps and top earners.
“I’m looking for very hard-working, persistent people who want to determine their own level of success. My best reps are determined, hard-working,

Adam grew up in DeMotte, Indiana, one of the great small towns where he now manages the community HOMEPAGES®
Directory. When he’s not working,
Adam can be found spending time with his wife, Tricia, and their four children, Madison, Mackenzie, Max and Hudson. Adam loves to travel and go out
to fine restaurants, as well as playing recreational basketball, golfing, and just watching movies or listening to music with friends.
