In 1959 he lead Hamtranck to the state of Michigan's only Little League World Series championship and then followed it up 2 years later for the Pony League World championship title.

The impact of all my findings and applying them specifically to the site at veterans park helped lead me to factors that were essential to the programs I was designing for

For research on similar ideas I studied precendents here are a few examples of successes I found….
The conclusion from the precedents and research and all the data yielded is I needed to focus on these areas.
The entire site will get a face lift and some renovation but the only demolition is the longer structure closest to the grandstands
Tearing down the north wall and raising the roof up to provide with 12 feet clearance inside.
Trying to be sustainable, have as little negative impact on the environment as possible
Keep costs low
Shisha den will be open later like how a sushi place reopens for a later shift. It will be a late night destination as as some bars stay as open as 4 am
It will offer privacy if wanted, or space to meet up friends. Also the “take out window” will be open for when the weather is nice and outside seating is desired
Or if an event is happening.

The lounge seating has chase seating for more leisurely half lay with a big pillow for support
The shisha is communal and also personal
Some bring their own hoses and often smoke hours by themselves

And fans to suck up smoke
No art in Islam because on God can create life so the art here is provided by the lighting
The lighting and patterns of on the stone mosaics
The lantern offering more decoration from the shadowing and lighting of its pattern inlay
Finally the run of LED lighting that runs thru the space is to add color and some whimsical and cut thru the structural feel
Compliments and stands out and reflects to what the grandstands will have and I will get to later. It helps tie in the site and have unison

The bar is back lite in the shelving which will store some ornamenbtal hookahs which can almost look like art pieces sometimes
