While looking at ways to improve and reiterate the designs of a banking app, I came across the ICICI bank mobile application. 3. Why ICICI need an updated UX?
There was a redesign necessary in the user experience of the ICICI banking app.
This was considered after analysing that the users are having to navigate through
multiple menus before reaching a product/service.

Loans and offers is shown
right on the home screen
Services configured according
to frequently used

5. The system wide search can be used to search
for various services,offers and products.
The recomendations below help the user in
quickly finding the necessary items.

6. Accounts section displays all the accounts
linked with the bank and there is an option to
choose an account to display the respective
offers.

7. Credit Score can be viewed and the offers
available with respect to the current credit score
can be viewed and applied directly

8. Similarly, There is a services screen where all
the services are easily accessible

9. There is also a watch interface which simplifies the payment experience
