AJN is a non-profit organization that utilizes unused aviation resources to transport underprivileged patients to medical facilities for treatment by partnering with charities, aviation companies, and medical organizations; their goal is to help subsidize transportation costs for patients in need of critical medical care by sourcing patients through established charities and matching them with empty seats or flights donated by general aviation operators.
3. To be the cornerstone organization in Asia Paciļ¬c utilizing extra
resources in aviation industry, enabling private jet owners, general
aviation operators, and airlines to provide impoverished patients
with free air transportation to the best medical treatment
available. Flights will also carry teams of medical experts heading
to more remote and hard-to-reach locations.
Our Vision
4. Our Mission
ā¢ Help underprivileged patients gain access to the best
treatment available;
ā¢ Promote corporate social responsibility among Asia-based
companies;
ā¢ Promote general & business aviation in Asia as a tool of
transportation that beneļ¬ts people in need;
ā¢ Bring best medical practices from the West to less
accessible regions.
5. ā¢ The AJN aircraft web is comprised of general aviation providers who
are willing to donate empty legs, empty seats or ļ¬ight hours to
transport patients in rural or remote locations to medical centers.Ā
ā¢ AJN also appreciates donations in the form of ļ¬ight tickets,
accommodations for patients families, ground transportation and
more.
ā¢ AJN will assist patients with a wide-range of medical conditions
including cancer, cardiac and pulmonary disease, congenital
deformities and other disorders.
ā¢ Patients will be sourced through established charities currently
serving communities and individuals in need of critical medical care.
Overview
6. Our Goal
AJNās goal is to help subsidize transportation costs for partner
charities already committed to supporting underprivileged
patients receive the medical treatment they need.
7. Chunxi, an orphan patient from Chunhui BoāAi Childrenās Foundation,
had to travel from Guangdong Huazhou to Beijing to receive cleft
palate surgery. While her surgery was already funded, ļ¬ying Chunxi
and her āMamaā would have been nearly impossible to fund without
AJNās help. Some orphans may never receive the surgeries they need
for this reason. AJN is dedicated to help.
8. Post surgery, Chunxi now has a perfect smile.
More importantly, she is ready for adoption and to have a family that loves her.
9. ā¢ AJN is not an air medical rescue operation. Patientsā must be
stable enough to ļ¬y. However, conditions may grow to be life
threatening in the future if left untreated.
ā¢ AJN is not responsible for selecting patients - this is done
through our partner charities.

Priscilla (Pat) Blum
HONORARY CHAIR OF ANGEL JET NETWORK'S ADVISORY BOARD
ORIGINATOR AND CO-FOUNDER OF CAN
As a cancer survivor, Pat knew how grueling long distance travel could be to access the best possible
treatment. As a pilot, she saw corporate jets ļ¬ying in and out of Westchester County Airport and noticed
there were often empty seats. It was this observation combined with her personal cancer experience
that resulted in her philanthropic idea. Pat enlisted the help of her friend, fellow cancer survivor and
local businessman, Jay Weinberg, and together they created Corporate Angel Network. CANās sole
mission was, and still is today, to match the medical travel needs of cancer patients with the empty
seats on scheduled ļ¬ight activity of business jets.
Jane F. McBride
