Here is what I was brought in to do
QA – Quality Assurance / UAT – User acceptance testing
Lay out work – here is where we found the problems
Everything needs to link back to the two problem statements
I interviewed all of these business functions – Had comprehensive conversations regarding the processes of each group
We identified areas where we could improve to help accelerate this business function and deliver more to our business functions
