A 35-year-old female patient with a history of SLE, corticosteroid use, and a prior THR presents with chronic right medial knee pain. An ultrasound revealed a fixed subluxation of the medial meniscus entrapping the infrapatellar branch of the saphenous nerve. The diagnosis is a trapped IPS nerve causing her pain. Treatment options discussed include weight loss, lateral wedge insoles, and regenerative medicine. A video link is also provided about dynamic subluxation or dislocation of the medial meniscus.
