Project Committee Key Responsibilities:
Brainstorming and Searching:
1. Searching for promising projects’ ideas by prospecting for
opportunities and problems which face all regions in Egypt
nowadays.
2. Participating in decision making of all proposed projects by
sharing in brainstorming and focus groups.
3. Participating in preparing project’s time-plan.
Planning & Studying:
1. Making full project analysis by all different suitable methods
(SWOT, PESTEL, SOSTAC … etc.).
2. Performing market researches and making full feasibility
studies analysis for all proposed projects by applying all
practical methods to help selecting the most appropriate
projects to be implemented.
3. Reaching the meeting point between Enactus’ projects and
competitions’ criteria.
4. Making researches for any studying materials and subjects that
would help to improve implementing the projects.
5. Studying all the topics related to the projects according to the
project manager’s instructions to help improving the team
knowledge.
Implementing projects:
1. Implementing projects’ tasks according to the project manager
instructions and the given time-plan.
2. Finding creative solutions for project’s problems.
Presenting projects:
1. Participating in writing the project’s business plan.
2. Participating in writing the project’s annual report which will
include all the data related to the project in brainstorming
groups.
3. Participating in writing the project’s presentation scripts in
brainstorming groups.
