Hurdles in achieving goals
14. Key Insights-
70% of the respondents in the survey were females.
80% of the respondents, in the age group of 18-25 are looking to find a job post school/college.
52% of the respondents were very optimistic in finding a job after completing their education.
80% of the population wants to work in the Govt. Sector.
22% of the population wants to work in Politics/ Government related industry. 0% in Healthcare Industry.
33% wanted to join admin support as their role/ function in their career.
Apart from salary, Flexible working hours attract them towards a job. (36%)
56% of the respondents directly apply for job roles.
The respondents are ambitious, 65% see themselves as a manager with responsibility for a team of people.
22% respondents aim to earn 45k+ in 10 years time.
28% feel there is intense competition for jobs which acts as a hurdle for them to achieve their career goals.
