4. Mental Disorders
Mental disorders comprise a broad range of problems, with
different symptoms. However, they are generally characterized
by some combination of abnormal thoughts, emotions,
behaviour and relationships with others. Examples are
schizophrenia, depression, intellectual disabilities and disorders
due to drug abuse. Most of these disorders can be successfully
treated.

Life happens to us all. Changes in Mental health illness can be derived from various
things from genetics to biological psychological and most importantly your
environmental factors.
What do we generally do?
Withdraw from Friends. Changes in social activities. Anger. Hostility. Changes in sleep.
Displaying overwhelming pain or stress. Hopelessness about the future. Writing or
making plans of suicide. Not handling anger well. Experiencing stressful situations.
Getting in trouble. Slacking responsibilities. Poor work and balance as personal life.
Over-eating. Over sleeping.
