Job description PMA
• Paying all the necessary bills (by internet and/or in person)
• Managing cleaning lady
• Managing gardener
• Checking the property on malfunctions, giving advise on possible improvements
• Directly taking care of small repairs
• Coordinating larger repairs (consulting the owners first)
• Managing pool / jacuzzi maintenance
• Preparing property for guests (setting up a manual of the house including
information about the area and point of interest)
• Welcoming guests, showing them around the property, giving instructions
• Always being standby for guests needs, requests for information, etc.
• Regular visits to the property to monitor if everything is okay
• Providing monthly expenses statement with receipts
• Guests can use our catering service. We have local ladies cooking for us.
Additional services for especially properties that do vacation rentals:
Bunki Tours:
Our small tour agency Bunki Tours provides airport pick-ups/drop offs, custom made
tours, and arranges car rental.
GoDutch Realty:
We also work for GoDutch Realty as rental agents in the Atenas area.
In this matter we can use their website, and the American European Network to list
rental properties in order to find new tenants.
Catering:
We have ladies providing catering services or cooking service at the house.
Beauty/Relaxing:
We have ladies providing beauty treatments and/or massages.
