The British Video Association (BVA) represents video publishers' interests including copyright and preventing piracy or illegal downloading of videos without payment. Last year, the Federation Against Copyright Theft (FACT) investigated an organized crime group in Northern Ireland, Sheffield, and Manchester that resulted in the seizure of a large quantity of counterfeit DVDs. The BVA works to enforce copyright and prevent illegal distribution of video content.
