 Prepare Proposal, Project Report, CMA Report, Appraisal Note, Treasure, Fact
Sheet, Credit Note etc.
 Structure the Proposal in form of Fund based and Non-Fund based limits.
 Knowledge of Export-Import Finance Products i.e. Pre-shipment & Post-shipment,
Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Foreign Bill Discounting, ECB, SBLC, etc.
 Liaison with the Manager of Bank & Financial Institutions discusses with a Bank
Manager regarding clients Business profile, financial position of the Clients,
Proposal etc.
 Day to Day reporting of Proposal to MD regarding proposal status and also
handling 3 members Team.
 Prepare Market Research report on Industry specific; collect the recent data from
the market.
 Due the company’s valuation for Merger and Acquisition, Valuation, FDI.
 MIS report to Investor
 Preparing Board Material to Investor
 Arranging AIF Fund
 Preparing Consolidated Balance Sheet
 Presenting the Financial Note to NBFC etc.
