FOB DIP AND PAY
PROCEDURE 1
1. Buyer sends ICPO to Seller on receipt of Seller's Soft Offer along with tank storage agreement
(TSA) as proof of storage availability.
2. Seller issues Draft contract /commercial invoice CI, for the available quantity in the storage tank
to Buyer, Buyer Signs and returns to Seller with scan passport copy/ NCNDA/IMFPA signed by all
buyer groups with commission structures,
3. Seller issues, Dip Test Authorization letter sign by all parties including buyers tank farm.
4. Seller issues DTA- Dip Test Authorization, fresh SGS Report. Tank receipt, Buyer order SGS to
conduct Dip test of the product in the Seller Tank on buyer expense.
5. Upon successful dip test, Buyer provide vessel details or Tank details, Seller shall immediately
submit the (SGS) inspection Report along with the full Proof of Product (POP) to the Buyer.
6. Buyer make 100% payment by MT103 TT wire transfer for the total product and Seller pays
commission to all intermediaries involved in the transaction 24 hours after confirmation of the
buyer payment
7. Seller submits the draft spa for review for R&E monthly delivers.
8.Buyer revise and approves the spa and issues SBLC/IRDLC irrevocable, nontransferable, auto
revolving for 12 month’s shipment value, documentary letter of credits for length of contract and
for each lift per schedule. Buyer pays after dip test by MT 103 wire transfer on each month.
9. The subsequent delivers shall commence according to the terms and conditions of the contract.
10. Seller pays commissions to all intermediaries as per IMFPA/NCNDA 24 hours after receiving
payment from buyer

PROCEDURE 2
1. Buyer sends ICPO to Seller on receipt of Seller's Soft Offer.
2. Seller issues draft contract with commercial invoice to buyer, buyer sign and return to seller for
final endorsement.
3. Seller issues Refinery PPOP documents for buyers review, approval and authentication:
A. Product Passport
B. Commitment to Supply from Title holder
C. Product Gost Analysis
D. Pre-Injection Report
4. Buyer provides for Seller their and verifiable VESSEL LOGISTICS ,within 72 hours of
verification of the above PPOP documents at the Loading Port,seller celerity/verify.
5. Buyers Bank releases SBLC/DLC/BG to Sellers Bank, Seller’s Bank Releases 2% Performance
Bond and the POP documents Listed Below:
- DTA (Dip Test Authorisation)
- Fuel Injection Report of Transneft
- Tank Receipt
- SGS Report of the Product.
6. NCNDA is signed and endorsed by all parties involved Upon confirmation of act of transfer in
Buyer's name,
7. Buyer, Title of Ownership Certificate (to be followed by all export documentation)
8. Buyer conduct Dip Test and Lifting commence and Buyer release payment by MT103/TT wire
transfer to the
Seller as per account details mentioned in the Commercial Invoice
9. Seller pays commissions to Seller side and Buyer to Buyer side intermediaries
