4. THE PRODUCT
Our recipes are created by world-renowned mixologist Massimiliano Matté, who
has collaborated with Alain Ducasse, Heinz Beck, and Daniel Boulud.
Working with Matté, we tested hundreds of combinations of fruits, spices, extracts,
teas and syrups to create truly delicious artisanal blends. They're made with fruit
purchased in New York City and change seasonally: strawberries in spring,
mangoes in summer, pumpkins in fall and persimmon in winter.
Each season’s collection is based on research about flavor trends and is designed
to reduce labor intensity, maximize profits and facilitate a high-end cocktail
experience.
Our mixologist has 20 years experience in the food and beverage industry + Our
CEO’s family has been in the hotel businesses for six generations.
