 Communicating with Distributor on behalf of Company regarding Operational, Sales, Investment & Miscellaneous issues
 Collecting requisition of different product from 12 distribution houses on a regular basis.
 Product Lifting Monitoring & follow up payment in the bank against requisition.
 Requisition against product invoice & document share with the finance team.
 Operational reporting to line manager and Zonal Team.
 Handling multiple reports, working with formulae, pivot tables & pivot charts, V-lookup and various others excel
sheet components for accurate data.
 Effectively communicating with different channel Member (Vendor, Distributor etc.) in a professional and friendly manner.
 Providing Compliance Report whenever required.
 Providing Sales Operational Support regular basis.
 Competent in working with several statistical software and tools for developing management reports, e.g. DSS (Distributor Sales
System), Pretups (EVC Monitoring System), DHEMS (Distributor Employee Management System software)
 Converting data into information and performing documentation for the same.
