 Right of unpaid seller protects the right of the seller, when he is partly paid.  It includes rights of unpaid seller against the goods as well the buyer personally.  The definition of unpaid seller is more wider. It includes a sell to whom the whole of the price of goods has not been paid or tendered or when a bill of exchange or other negotiable instrument has been received as conditional payment but it was dishonoured. CONCLUSION
